Nomads are We! Youth For Christ Brings Panna Football to Christ College

College experienced RE lessons with a difference when the Youth For Christ
Nomads team visited the school.
The Nomads are passionate about football, and use the sport as a medium to spread the Christian message, in schools and community settings.
Specialists in Panna football, a development of the Dutch Street Football
scene, they brought with them an incredible mesh cage in which the game is
played.

Hannah Williams said: “The purpose of the cage is to restrict the playing
area, keep the ball in play longer, and enhance the use of pure football
skills.”
Hannah and team mates Timothy Dry and Stuart Bell all gave personal testimonies to the students, stating how they became Christians and incorporate their sporting skills with spreading the Christian message.
Said Timothy: “Football is a great way of engaging with young people, and our aim is to spread the good news about Jesus Christ to every young person in Britain!”
