They're the greatest! Boxercise keeps you fit - and its fun!

 

Christ College students have been benefiting from weekly Boxercise classes. Adapted from the training methods used by boxers, the activity utilises all major muscle groups and enhances range of movement.

 


Instructor Ian Dance said: “Boxercise helps our students in many areas of general fitness. It develops hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing—and it’s a great stress buster!”

 

Lauren Quemby loves attending the classes: ”It’s fun and very energetic!”

 

Kirsty Stevens added: “It’s a great way to spend a lunchtime. I really enjoy it.”
