Shakespeare's Tempest blows in to Christ College
Pupils
at Christ College enjoyed a performance of Shakespeare’s The Tempest, as the
Arty-Facts Theatre group visited the school.
The four actors performed with great enthusiasm and panache, as they realised scenes from the Shakespearean classic, and explained key dramatic points and staging techniques to students studying the play as part of their Key Stage 3 SATs.
The theatre company has toured schools for the last ten years with a variety of plays, and travel with costumes, sets and lighting.
Arty-Facts
actor Scott Bradley said: “The Christ College pupils where an extremely
attentive audience, and had some great questions to ask about the play”.
